Your Daily Practice
Set your timer for 6 minutes. Sit comfortably, quietly, still and undisturbed until the timer goes off and you are done.
It is a research study to evaluate the efficacy of the self-care routine, Elemental Resets, to decrease stress and stress related related symptoms.
Phase 1: No intervention. Questionnaire beginning and end.
Phase 2: Starting daily practice of sitting comfortably, quietly, still and undisturbed for 6 minutes. Weekly questionnaires.
Phase 3: Intervention optional - you can choose to continue your daily practice or not. Questionnaire at the end.
BONUS: Upon completion of the study as described above, you will receive the gift of participation in the Elemental Reset class free of charge.
